Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your appointment.

Cancellations within 12 hours of appointment will require a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment.

If you do not show for your voucher booking, your voucher is instantly redeemed. 

Payments
Appointments must be paid for on the day of treatment.
